Clean, low budget hotel, I loved new-fashioned rooms and efficient staff. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with TV as well as double book and got it upon arrival. The good service and the attention to detail! Moreover, parking was in front of venue. The location was strategic - next to katerina and the suburbs and nearby shopping mall. Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Batu Pahat.
